This is there story, Our process starts in a small test kitchen in Kirkland, Washington. It’s here that we let creativity and ambitious thinking take the wheel as we experiment with unique ingredients and exciting new flavor combinations. We do this with careful consideration not just for the sauce itself but for the food you use it on. Our best ideas are refined through painstaking trial and error and an unwavering standard for what a good, top-shelf hot sauce should be. What results are bold and exquisitely balanced hot sauces that are as addictive as they are versatile. Here’s what sets us apart from the rest:


Quality ingredients. All of our produce is fresh (never dried or frozen) and sourced as close to home as possible. And Murder Hornet Hot Sauce is always free of preservatives, added sugars, and artificial coloring.

Unrushed cooking techniques. We take time to fire our vegetables, leaving them juicy, caramelized, and just a little smoky. Next, we blend and cook everything in small batches, allowing enough time for all the flavors and textures to emulsify. In the end, every ingredient shines to its fullest potential.

Just the right amount of heat. We think a good hot sauce should bring the heat, but never at the expense of flavor. For this reason, we make sure our sauce has the perfect amount of heat so it sharpens the existing flavors of your food, rather than overpowering them.

A perfect pour. We think a good hot sauce should be thick and robust, covering the food you put it on, rather than pooling up at the bottom of your plate. For that reason, water is never a main ingredient in our sauces.

Black Label Hot Sauce:
